Leading Value Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the products and services of Leading Value Pty Ltd, including the purchase of any products offered on this website. In purchasing any products or services via this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Leading Value Pty Ltd is not therapeutic in nature or intent and does not deal in health or relationship issues for which counseling or therapy might be appropriate. The role of the coach is purely as facilitator, making choices or taking action is entirely the responsibility of the client. Leading Value Pty Ltd accepts no legal responsibility for the actions or outcomes that the client may experience as a result of purchasing products or services.
This site contains information, data, documents, pages and images prepared by Leading Value Pty Ltd and third parties. Whilst the information contained in this site has been presented with all aspects considered and due care, it does not warrant or represent that the information is free from errors or omission.
Complaints
If your Leading Value coach ever says or does something that disturbs you, please let us know by emailing admin@leadingvalue.net. Leading Value coaches are members and abide by the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Code of Ethics, see http://www.icfaustralasia.com/CodeOfEthics.html. Following your discussion with Leading Value about your issue, if you are still unsatisfied you may utilise the ICF’s Ethical Conduct Review Process, see http://www.icfaustralasia.com/Ethics.html.
Confidentiality
Leading Value’s coaches don’t gossip. That means that what you have told us, what you are doing, how you are going, what you have accomplished, and your personal secrets are not discussed with anyone else. Our client list is confidential. People may know you are working with us, and you may wish to tell and refer others, but that information won’t come from Leading Value. In instances where your workplace or employer is sponsoring or paying for your coaching, we will establish a reporting process that is agreed to by you, your employer and Leading Value.
As professional coaches, working at various stages towards credentialing with the ICF, it is our aim to constantly upgrade our credentials with that body. This requires evidence of our coaching experience. To provide this evidence we may be requested to give a list of clients with contact details so that the ICF can verify our coaching relationship. Nothing of what has occurred within that relationship would be given to the ICF and they are bound not to use your details for any other purpose.

In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of supply of the services to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.
